Ceremonial start of the construction of the Supreme Audit Office
On Wednesday, 26.8.2020, the time had come: we were able to ceremoniously connect the first cornerstone of the new building of the Supreme Audit Office in Prague. This will then share the premises of the Parliamentary Library and the archives of the Chamber of Deputies in the future.
"I am very pleased that PORR is involved in the realisation of the new office building," says Dušan Čížek, member of the Executive Board at PORR a.s. "It is a great honour for us to have won the contract despite the very challenging conditions. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team. Through the use of innovative methods such as the Building Information Model, or BIM for short, they were already involved in the preparation phase of the project and are now also involved in the implementation. Likewise, I would like to thank the public client for the enlightened approach in the implementation of the project."
