The building has the shape of a "T" placed on its side and is located on the bank of the Vltava River in the Prague district of Holešovice. It has one basement and nine upper floors. From the the load-bearing structures view, it is a monolithic in-situ concrete skeleton structure based on piles. It is characterised by the typical concrete underside. Exposed concrete was used in the stairwells.
In February 2019, the team of PORR a.s. began pile foundation works. This was followed by excavation works. The shell was completed on schedule and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
