Rezidence Pod Skálou

Five new residential buildings were built in the middle of a protected monument zone in Prague. Already during the planning stage, it was considered to offer open spaces for the future residents. These include alternating green and asphalt areas, a recreation zone including a pond, a children's playground and an area for leisure activities.

PORR realised two villa houses with a floor plan of 18 x 18 m as four-storey properties. Three houses in the southern part of the site have five storeys, with the top storey being stepped in both designs. All objects were designed with flat roofs.

The parking spaces are located in an underground garage measuring 125.3 m x 19.2 m, which connects the five buildings with each other. The residential buildings each have a square floor plan with elevator and staircase, from where access to the individual apartments is ensured. The apartments are barrier-free and handicapped accessible.
