Žižkovské pavlače offers a total of 141 apartments or studios and is exceptional in combining new construction with the reconstruction of old buildings from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. PORR finished working on the project in spring 2022.
The annual ceremony to announce the results of the latest edition of the competition for the most popular development projects in the Czech Republic took place in January 2022. The competition highlights interesting development projects that the Czech market currently offers. The projects are judged by both the general and professional public.
