Comfort and distinction.
PORR brought its vast experience with the construction of novel office worlds to bear on the DOCK V1 office project in Prague. The free-standing building comprises eight upper and two basement floors and received LEED Gold certification for its sustainable outfitting and construction.
An imposing lobby, reception, lounges and offices were constructed in the entrance area of the ground floor. The upper floors contain office areas featuring flexible partitions. The façade of the eighth upper story is set back, providing space for attractive terrace areas.
The architectural hallmark of the DOCK V1 building is its elaborate projecting façade, constructed in a combination of transparent and opaque sections and ribbon glazing.
The site’s outdoor areas feature a combination of paved and green spaces, creating a pleasant, comfortable ambience outside the DOCK V1 building as well as inside it.
The building comprises eight upper and two basement floors.
