Campus Office Park A

The Campus Office Park in Brno is part of the overall project The Campus. This includes the newly completed buildings of the Masaryk University and the internationally-renowned University Hospital Brno, as well as the Campus Square shopping centre.

Building A, the first element of the total area, has a gross floor area of 22,000m². The offices on the six upper floors comprise a total area of 12,000m². The two basement floors contain 214 parking spaces. The building itself was designed as a reinforced concrete frame construction and clad with glazed modular façade elements. The H-shaped floor plan ensures tenants can enjoy comfortable and variable office space with plenty of natural light. The grounds were designed as a park with artificial streams and ponds.
